Not sure of the volume? Most screened-in Central Florida pools sit between 12,000 and 18,000 gallons. We measure it properly on the first visit and the price does not move afterwards.

$118a month
About $27 a visit on full service — chemicals in the price.
Every chemical, in the price
The same technician, the same day

Green between visits? We fix it free
A real number, not a range — confirmed on a free twenty-minute visit before anything starts, and fixed from then on.
Estimates reflect typical Central Florida pools. Water features, heavy algae recovery and equipment repairs are quoted separately.

Five-star reviews
More verified reviews than any pool route in Central Florida — and 30+ more arriving every month.

Still here a year on
Almost nobody leaves. In a trade people change services over one missed week, that is the whole argument.
420+
Pools every week
Enough routes to hold a schedule through a Florida summer, and small enough that the owner still knows your gate code.
Zero
Contracts
Cancel, pause for the winter, or skip a month. The water keeps you here, not the paperwork.
What we do
Four things, done properly, every week.
We keep water clear and we fix what makes it clear. That is the whole business — and everything on these lists happens on every visit it belongs to, without being asked.
Weekly Pool Service
Chemistry balanced, waterline brushed, baskets emptied, floor vacuumed, filter pressure read. The same technician on the same day, every week of the year.
Full chemical balance
Skim, brush & vacuum
Baskets & skimmers emptied
Filter pressure checked
Green-to-Clean Recovery
A pool that has been sitting — after a move, a storm, or a service that quietly stopped showing up. Shocked, filtered and handed back swimmable, usually inside a week.
Algae treatment & shock
Filter deep clean
Phosphate & stabiliser reset
Swimmable in 3–5 days
Equipment & Repairs
Pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, automation and the plumbing between them. Diagnosed on the visit, quoted before anything is touched, and fixed by the same people who service the water.
Pump & motor replacement
Filter cleans & cartridges
Salt cell service
Leak checks & valve work
Commercial & HOA
Community pools, condo decks and small hotels, run on the schedule the health department expects — with the logs already written when the inspector asks for them.
Health-department logs kept
Two or three visits a week
Certified operators on site
Storm & holiday cover
Also handledTile & waterline cleaning · Acid washes · Deck pressure washing · Heater service · Automation & lighting · Salt conversions · Filter media changes · Vacation cover · Pre-purchase pool inspections — ask when you get your estimate.
After every visit
You get a text before the truck leaves your driveway.
Readings, what was done, what we noticed, and a photograph of the water taken standing at your deck. Not a paper tag under a rock, and not silence until the invoice.
Why it matters
You are at work when we come. Without a report, the only way to know a pool was serviced properly is to wait and see whether it goes green — which is a fortnight of not knowing.
What it prevents
Every argument this trade has. Skipped weeks, guessed chemistry, a heater that failed in March and was noticed in June. It is all written down, with a timestamp.

Credentials
The boring paperwork, kept current.
12 years on Central Florida pools, and not one of them run on somebody guessing at a chlorine level.
CPO® Certified
Certified Pool Operator, the industry standard, renewed every five years. Every technician on the route holds a current card — not just the owner.
Licensed & Insured
$2M general liability and workers' comp. The certificate is emailed before the first visit rather than produced on request.
Chemistry Logged
Free chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabiliser and salt recorded at every visit and sent to you — so the water has a history, not an opinion.
Your technician
The same technician, every week.
Nine routes, nine technicians, and a schedule that only moves when a hurricane moves it. Every one of them holds a current CPO® card, drives a marked truck, and is reachable on the same number that texts you the report.

Our promise
If it goes green, we fix it free.
Cloudy or green between visits while you are on weekly service, and we are back within 48 hours — chemicals, extra labour and the return trip on us, with nothing added to your next invoice. In practice it happens a handful of times a year, almost always the week after a storm.

Worth doing once
Two upgrades that change how the water feels.
Neither is necessary and neither is a subscription. We install them at cost plus labour, service them on your normal route, and will talk you out of one if your pool does not need it.
Salt chlorination
from$1,450installed
A cell in the return line makes chlorine from salt as the pump runs, so the water is softer, there are no jugs in the garage, and the level stops swinging between visits.
Softer water, no chlorine smell
Cell lasts five to seven years
Serviced on your normal route
Roughly $30 a month cheaper to run
Mineral system
from$540installed
A mineral cartridge holds clarity at a lower chlorine level. Not a replacement for chlorine, whatever the box says — a way to run less of it, which skin and swimsuits both notice.
Runs at a lower chlorine level
Cartridge changed twice a year
Gentler on skin and hair
Fits any existing filter
How it works
From your address to your first visit, usually inside a week.
01
Send the pool
Your address and, if you can, a photo of the equipment pad. That is the entire form — no phone tree, no appointment to book an appointment.
02
We come and look
Twenty minutes on site, free: volume, surface, equipment condition, and what the water is actually doing. You get a firm monthly number, not a range.
03
First visit inside a week
A fixed day, and the technician who will keep it. The first visit almost always includes a filter clean, and that one is on us.
04
Read the report
Readings, work done and a photo, texted after every visit. Then stop thinking about the pool, which is the point of paying somebody.
Pricing
Real numbers, chemicals included.
Starting rates for a typical 15,000-gallon screened pool. Your number depends on volume, surface, tree cover and whether there is a spa — send the address and we will confirm it, usually the same day.

“The report lands on my phone before he is out of the driveway. Chlorine, pH, what he did, a photo. Two years and I have never once had to wonder whether somebody came.”

“We came back from three weeks up north expecting a swamp. The water was clearer than when we left, and there was a filter clean on the invoice I had not thought to ask for.”
Tom & Sheila R. — Lake Mary · Full Service · 4 years
“Our old guy stopped turning up and the pool went green in a fortnight. These guys had it swimmable in four days and did not charge me for the second shock.”
Andre W. — Oviedo · Green-to-clean · then weekly
“Salt cell died in August. Quoted Tuesday, replaced Thursday, and he showed me the scale on the old one instead of just telling me about it.”
Michelle K. — Winter Springs · Full Service · 3 years
“The board needed fourteen months of logs for an inspection. They were in my inbox within the hour, already in the format the county wanted.”
Dan V. — Lake Nona · Commercial · 5 years
“Same technician every Wednesday since 2022. He knows the gate code, he knows the dog, and he knows the spa gets used at weekends so it gets checked twice.”

Questions
The things people ask before they book.
Do I have to sign a contract?+
No. There is no contract, no start-up fee and no cancellation fee. Pause for the winter, skip a month, or stop entirely — a text is enough. Anyone asking you to sign a year is telling you how they plan to keep you.
Are chemicals included in the price?+
Yes. Chlorine, acid, stabiliser, algaecide and salt are all in the monthly number, and so is the labour to carry them. The only chemicals billed separately are a green-pool recovery, because that dose is roughly ten times a normal week — and you are told the figure before we start.
What does weekly service cost?+
Chemistry-only service starts at $110 a month and full service at $155, both including chemicals. The final number depends on volume, surface, tree cover and whether there is a spa. Send the address and you get a firm figure back, usually the same day.
What happens if my pool turns green?+
If it goes green or cloudy between visits while you are on weekly service, we are back within 48 hours and the chemicals, the extra labour and the return trip are on us. We can afford that promise because balanced water rarely turns — and when it does, the cause is usually something we should have caught.
Do you repair equipment, or only clean?+
Both, and by the same people. Pumps, motors, filters, heaters, salt cells, automation, valves and the plumbing between them. Anything we find gets diagnosed on the visit and quoted before it is touched — you will never come home to work you did not agree to.
Will it be the same technician every week?+
Yes, on a fixed day. That is why nobody has to be told which gate latch sticks, that the spa gets used at weekends, or that the oak over the deep end drops for six weeks every autumn.
What about hurricanes and storm weeks?+
If you are on our route the day before a storm, we come and drop the loose furniture into the pool for you — it is the safest place for it. Afterwards you are back on schedule within 48 hours, because that is exactly when a pool takes on debris and the chemistry crashes.

Twenty minutes on site, free, with no salesperson attached. You get a firm monthly price, an honest read on the equipment, and a start date — usually within the week.
If you can, have a photo of the equipment pad ready for the visit. The pump, filter and any cell in one frame tells us more about your pool than a page of questions would.
